On cask at Cloisters. Appearance - amber with a decent head. Nose - distinctive smoky bacon crisps. Taste - smoke again but also oranges and red fruits. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy smoky texture and a fresh and slightly sweet finish. Overall - interesting and complex.
