On cask at Cloisters. Appearance - amber with a decent head. Nose - distinctive smoky bacon crisps. Taste - smoke again but also oranges and red fruits. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy smoky texture and a fresh and slightly sweet finish. Overall - interesting and complex.

Cask at Cloisters. Pours clear amber gold with a thin white head. Aromas of raspberry, spice, light smoke. Taste is raspberry, light smoke, faint coconut, yeasty zing. Light sweet finish.

Cask at ushers. Pours murky orange, nose is light smoke, coconut, fruity, taste is dry, chewy toffee, sweet coconut, light raspberry.
