Bottle consumed at home. It pours very lightly hazy pale gold with a small white head. The nose is quite fresh, fragrant, hay, grass, cracker, peppery spice and lemon peel. The taste is crisp, clean, quite refreshing dry, grass, straw, lemon peel, minerals, white pepper and pithy lemon with a dry finish. Light body and average carbonation. Crisp, light and rather refreshing. A very pleasant low-abv offering.

Flavour of grass, minerals, lemon and faint spices. Dry finish. Thin body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Crisp and fizzy. A cracking beer.
