Bottle, as Jubelweizen Naturtrüb, 5,3%. Mostly banana aroma, a little citric. Cloudy yellow colour, stable white head. Mild banana flavour, slightly more bitter than most Weizens. Thin mouthfeel for Weizen. Dryish aftertaste. 6 3 6 3 13
Bottle, as Straubinger Weisse Naturtrüb, 5,2%. Cloudy yellow colour, stable white head. Acidic aroma, more like lactic acid than citric, somehow gueuze-like. Thick wheaty mouthfeel. Citric flavour, also a little spicy. 5 3 4 3 11
