Bright clear gold beer, good size pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth light malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Mildly bitter seltzer. The rhubarb is light and tangy. Light semi dry finish. Lacks a bit of brightness and fruit punch.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Very lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of white pepper, apricot and pale malt. Flavour of rhubarb, grass and green tea. Thin body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Fizzy. I expected to detect the rhubarb much more.

Re-rating from bottle. A bit fruitier this time. Previous rating on10/07/15 On cask at the sraf. Golden and hazy. Tangy orange and herbs. More on the taste. It’s gnarly but it grows. But where’s the rhubarb?
