A hazy yellow beer with a tart lemon aroma. The taste is lightly salted with fresh zesty citrus fruit flavours. A tart, but not, sour refreshing finish.

A gose is a traditional German sour wheat ale from the town of Leipzig. Salt is added to the beer to give it a unique taste. Along with salt we added the traditional coriander then gave things a twist by adding fresh lemongrass, for a lemon kick.

On tap @ Cask Pub & Kitchen. This is a cloudy golden looking one, only a small shattered white sidesticking film on the top. Smells quite good, mild tartish and a bit grainy. Hints of rhubarb and lemon peel, yeast as well. Quite refreshing and tasty. It's well tart, almost lemonic in a way. Also a good amount of wet grains, but it's well masked. Thin oily on the texture and above average on the carbonation. More slightly acidic rhubarb and yeast in the finish. Quite refreshing and actually quite good after a while. 16.08.2015

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Fruity and slight grassy. Mild citric, fruity and cornish. Grainy. Fruity and citric finish.

Draught. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy/citrus aroma. Light bitter flavor. Lemon and slightly sour. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a huge lazing white head. The aroma has notes of salt, wheat, and lacto. The flavor is sweet with an acidic edge and notes of lacto, wheat, and salt, leading to a dry finish. Very refreshing.
