On cask at Cloisters. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head and a slight haze. Nose - red fruits and sweet malt. Citrus cuts through. Taste - oranges and red fruits. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture. Overall - would like to try on cask.

Keg at The Hanging Bat. Hazy golden/amber body with a thin off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of apricot, orange and peach flavoured Angel Delight. Flavour of pithy orange, cereal and marmalade. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. As with all Highland beers, this is well balanced. I really like their recent hoppy efforts.
