On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Looks quite elegant with a warm earthy amber colored body under a small quickly sidesticking off-white head. The nose is lovely toffee and caramel sweet. Some wild mos thing here. Caramel pudding and oxidized tones all the way. The oxidation is even more clear in the taste. Some rocks and gunpowder hints, dried licorice and red lingonberries. A little cognac like alcohol dunst in the finish. You sense that this is a old one, and I think it suits it just fine. Not bad at all, I'll even go as far as to say that I like this. 02.05.2014

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, blue session. 02/05/2014. Rich red / caramel coloured pour with a halo of cream head. Aroma is nice raisin, rum, berry, woody. Flavour is composed of semi-sweet caramel malts, rum & raisinand hint of choc. Palte is really smooth, slick on the tongue with mediumcarbonation. Nice

Draught at CBC 2014. Clear copper liquid with a small white head. Aroma of raw sugar, dried fruit, caramel, toffee and oxidisation. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of raw sugar and dried fruit. Full bodied with low carbonation. Really nice.

[5/2/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 2nd session. Deep amber with a beige head. Aroma of malt, caramel, wood and fruitiness. Sweet flavor, alcoholic, malty and caramelly, with fruitiness and a bitter hops finish. Medium to full-bodied, rounded mouthfeel.

Sample at CBC 2014 Blue Session. Poured a clear dark amber with a thin round off white head. The aroma is resin hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a rich treacle alcohol liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
