Brewed in collaboration with beer writer Richard Taylor, Over The Road is a ‘Wee Heavy’ Scottish style ale with a dark fruit twist. Brewed with Pale Ale and Crystal malts and a touch of roasted barley, this dark chestnut coloured beer is rich and full bodied. Satisfyingly malty, smooth and warming with a distinctive sweet fruity finish from the addition of brambles.

Bottle courtesy of Craig (cheers Craig) consumed at home Thursday 18th August 2016 Dark reddy brown, fruity, soft a rather deceptive beer, cannot believe it’s 7%+ beer. Whilst I am grateful for being able to try this it’s just ok but overall a tad too sweet and not that interesting, it’s just not my style.A5 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0
