Bottle at Yatai, Aberdeen. It pours hazy blonde with a decent foamy white head. The nose is fresh, zesty, juicy orange, lemongrass, sweet yuzu and dough. The taste is crisp, smooth, wheaten bread, touch of spice, light herbal, zesty orange, light yuzu, tart fruity aspect and preserved lemon with a dry finish. Medium body and effervescent carbonation. Foamy mouth-feel. Crisp, clean and very drinkable. The yuzu adds a nice dimension to the base beer. Good for matching with the rather tasty food at Yatai!
