Draft @ Commercial Tavern, Spitalfields E1. Pours a dark amber red color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty piney hoppy grapefruit aroma. Fruity malty piney hoppy grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity malty piney hoppy grapefruit finish.

Clear red - amber beer, good pale tan head. Palate is airy with reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, light caramel. Ripe orange, light marmalade. Little hop skunk. Fresher orange peel. Smooth finish reveals some malt cream. Rich and pretty drinkable, could have more hop kick.

Bottle (8.7% ABV) from The Beerhive. Hazy ruby body with a thin off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of cherry, strawberry syrup and caramel. Flavour of honey, melon, toffee and a warming, peppery finish with a nod to the ABV. Medium body with a chewy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Rich and hoppy. A nice sipper.

Keg at The Hanging Bat. Pours clear amber, thin white head. Big citrus and pine aromas, resin too. Caramel sweet taste, citrus bitterness. Oily texture, bitter finish. Good.
