Bottle from Cork & Cask. Pours hazy amber with a thin white head. Aromas of mandarin oranges. Taste is cardboard, damp, earthy newspaper. Faint fruit. Light creamy finish. Potentially oxidised?

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy amber with a thin lacy head. Nose - mandarines, then dirty earth aroma. Taste - more orange and more dirty earth, even dank cardboard. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a dry unpleasant finish. Overall - there’s something strange on the finish.

500ml bottle from Aldi. Cloudy orange with a thin white head. Orangey, citrus aroma. Taste is dry, citrus, a little coriander. Ok but not spectacular

Hazy golden beer with a light, citrus-sweet aroma. Flavour is light, bitter with some sharp hop, tangy fruit on the tongue and an airy, floral feel in the mouth. It’s not anything remarkable but it’s very drinkable indeed.

Swing top bottle from Drygate. It pours hazy amber with a decent off-white head. The nose is, juicy, orange, mango, apricot, earth, candied peel, brioche and dough. The taste is crisp, bitter, orange peel, marmalade, lemony soap, sherbet, light metallic, pepper and brioche with a dry finish. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp, bitter and rather fruity. Refreshing.

Cask at Drygate and bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy amber body with a thick off-white head. Light lacing. Aroma of blood orange, digestive biscuit and grass. Flavour of floral hops, orange and caramel. Bitter lime finish. Medium body with an oily, mouthfeel. Light fizz. Better suited to bottle than cask.
