Our challenge to one of our brewers Nick to get over his aversion to Mosaic hops (which we think are lovely). The result is this lovely blonde beer with a mixed fruit aroma, a fruity, full bodied intense bitter taste and a long dry finish. Motueka and Amarillo hops were used in conjunction with Mosaic!

Cask at Cloisters. Pours clear golden, nose is burnt toffee, taste is dry toffee, sweet, pine.

Cask at cloisters . Golden amber... Thin white lacing dry floral hop nose.. Sodt dty zezty toffee fruit
