Bottle at Craig’s. Pours amber with a thin of-white head. Aromas of caramel, dried fruit. Taste is more of the same. Finishes a bit sweet. OK.

Had this at home Sunday 14th September 2014, bottle picked up directly from the brewery. . Pours cloudy amber with good sized off-white head. A little spicy in the mouth leading onto a spicy bitterness in fact even the aroma has more than a nod to a spicy edge with a little whiff of coriander. Pleasant soft carbonation, the bitterness persists but is restrained, a little warming feeling from the alcohol. To be fair to Chiltern this does have a Belgian feel about it. Quite a fruity tangy feel. Really pleasant. A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5
