Bottle. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty weak smoky caramel and chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate bitter flavor with weak smoky hints. Has a roasted malty chocolate bitter finish.

Bottled. A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of smoke, chocolate, and roasted malt, leading to a bitter finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and breadish. Roasted dark malty. Bitter, roasted, dry dark malty. Light chocolate note. Vague smoked.

Black color with a tan head with good lasting. Aroma has notes of roasted malts, slightly licorice and ashes. Flavor is mild bittery, smoky and hints of ashes, black coffee and chocolate. Light bittery final with roasty mouthfeel.

Bottle consumed at Cropredy ’Fairports Annual Reunion’ Festival, Cropredy, Oxon, Thursday 7th August 2014 Mmhh.. I think that Craig preferred this too me but I didn’t mind it at all. The smokiness is subtle, its got a leisurely roastiness, a little bitterness shows, not bad. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

botella de 33 cl en Cimmeria en el momento el 12-06-2014. Lote 14--02 hasta 03/2016. Color negro con espuma beige poco persistente. Aromas y sabores de maltas tostadas y quemadas aumentando a medida que va cogiendo temperatura. Cuerpo medio no muy pastoso ni denso, fácil de beber. Lo mejor esta al final. No esta mal tal vez debería definir y pulir algo mas los sabores. Se puede repetir.
