Keg at Cloisters. It pours hazy pale gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, bitter-sweet, plenty of tropical fruits, candied peel and sherbet. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, toasted straw, grapefruit, minerals, light creaminess and candied peel with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp, tasty and crushable. Grade-A session action.

Keg at Cloisters Scottish Beer Festival. Pours pale gold, light haze, thin white head. Light lemon and grapefruit aromas, light malt. Taste is bitter, but well balanced with sweetness. Does what it says on the tin!
