Aroma of grains, fruity notes, hint of citrus, peach, some soap, hint of Brett funk. Flavour is light sweet with a moderate bitter finish.Thin and watery. Disappointed at the extremely subtle Brett. But not a terrible beer per se, it’s dry and nicely bitter. Would be interesting to cellar for a year and see how it develops.

Bottle 0,33ltr; Hazy blonde/orange colored brew with an slightly sour taste, hints of citrus, mango and peach. ofcourse there is the modest use of Brett.

Clear golden pour and a fine head. Fine intensity in the aroma. Mellow brett. Moderate sweet and a fine acidity. Not to high carbonation level. Pleasant to drink. Brett, pale malt, fruity and citric flavor. [Bottle from a trade with Mr Wolff]

330 ml bottle. Pours a copper color with light head. A bit of Belgian yeast, dull fruity eaters and lots of malts.
