Keg at the brewery. Reddish brown. Clear and a bit thin looking. Light caramel malt with raisin and prune. Light malty sweet taste with notes of raisin throughout. Hop bitterness pervades, providing a nice balance. Clean finish with some cinnamon apple in the aftertaste. I like it.

Sampled from a growler at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a cloudy deep amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and dark bread with a hint of underlying biscuit. Flavor has sweet grains and sweet dark bread through out with a hint of biscuit in the finish.
