Manchester Beer Festival 2015. Golden with a thin head. Includes plenty of malt infused with floral notes. There’s some sugary sweetness here.

On tap at Holyrood 9A. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - lemon and just a touch of green beans. Taste - tangy lemon bitterness then a creamy but still dry finish. Palate - light to medium bodied with a long dry finish. Overall - really tasty Kolsch which could be mistaken for a pils.
