Gravity dispense at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 02/04/15. Reddish darkamber with a decent beige covering. Nose is toffee, spice, earthy red berries, light cocoa nibs, roasted tones. Taste comprises biscuit, toffee, chocolate, light spice, wooded tones, earthy, dark fruit peel, liquorice. Medium + body, fine carbonation, drying close with a subtle boozey wash. Decent.

Craft #100 fest at Clapham. Cask. Clear dark amber - brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is smooth with good fine carbonation. Smooth malts, semi sweet. Mild marmalade underneath, some pine. Finishes semi dry with mild floral bitterness.

Cask at the hanging bat. Pours dark brown, taste is roast chocolate, quite bitter, light fruit.

Cask at the hanging bat... Deep brown... Small tan head... Soft sweet roast malts... Soft fruity roast... Light whisky... Dark malts... Some blackcurrant... Light bitter roast
