Poured from 750mL bottle (2018 vintage). Medium dark red with small pinkish white head. Dark cherry and a touch of horse blanket, subdued tartness. Enjoyable.

Bottle, 375ml corked. As De Cam Kriek, 7% ABV. Unknown vintage, BBE 7/2040. It pours a hazy deep red body under a minimal sized pinkish white head. The aroma is quite vinegar-ish for a Belgian lambic, with lemon, barnyardy and lemony funkyness. Lots of cherry and a good dash of marzipan-ish pits. It's tart, medium to full-bodied and softly carbonated, with a cherry driven flavor. Marzipan, funk and a touch of vinegar too. Lasting cherry dominated, funky finish. Sure a fine one, but a bit tight and perhaps a bit straight forward and vinegary. 220630

Tiny hiss. Pours deep dark red, light carbonation. Smells is lovely intense cherry, loads of fruit, with some light wood and funk. Full body, surprisingly sharp, definite pucker. Taste is sour first, but quickly goes into total cherry, light cinnamon. Although it's pretty sharp, the fruit intensity is just off the chart, while remaining lambic first. De Cam makes some of my favorite krieks

0,375l bottle at home. Opens with a hiss. redish clear color, no head. smells sherry, funky, nutty, rather oxidized. ok smell. medium body, no carbonation. tastes funky, rather sour, some cherry, lactic, peppery, herbal, oak. finishes dry and rather sour with notes of funk, pepper and cherry notes. good stuff, rather on the sour side, not bad but also not super great anymore.

Bottle from Etre shared with Paul, thanks for the cookout. Lightly hazy dark red in color with a light white head that dissipates quickly. Lemony tart and earthy funk with huge sour cherry aroma and flavor.
