Bottled, from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Cloudy pale amber, rich head. Rich perfumy Sorachi Ace aroma with peach, yoghurt and elderflowers. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel, The awkward metallic sensation prevalent in most very hoppy low alcohol beers is kept under control. Just a whiff of rusty steel, the rest is all Sorachi Ace hops. Marked, somewhat resiny bitterness. Remarkably tasty for its size.

Bottle shared at the CBC - Clerkenwell 1st Birthday Party, London. Pours cloudy amber with a medium, white foam head. Toasty bread and leaf aroma. LIght sweet flavor with mellow grass and leaves, faint toasty malts. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light dryness to finish, with toasty bread and leafy bitterness. Excellent low ABV beer.

Hazy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, resin, floral, citrus and tropical fruits. Quite bitter flavour. Only light malts, as can be expected. Quite light body, long bitter finish.
Nice, especially for a 2.5% beer. There are some I like more though.

Draught @ Borefts 12. Hazy pale yellow color like a Belgian white, small white head. Aroma is lightly malty, moderate to heavy hops, flowers, citrus. Taste malts, harsh bitterness and hops. Harsh bitter finish and that flavor lasts for a long time! Low to medium body, a bit dry texture, medium carbonation. Very nicely done considering the low ABV, but the bitterness is too harsh to really enjoy it.
