Cask at Cloisters. Pours ruby amber, light spices and toffee on nose, Taste is sweet toffee, spiced, thin.

Cask (Hotspurt, Newcastle) - Copper in colour. Raisins, ginger, cinnamon and a hint of rum in the aroma. Fruity, malty and spicy taste with caramel, raisins, rum and ginger detected.

cask at guildford ... deep brown ... thin tan head ... soft dark roasst fruits nose ... sweet malts ... plums and raisins ... dark malts ... soft rum.
