We aged our Out Of The Ordinary Stout in Glenfarclas malt whisky casks for three months and the taste and aroma of whisky from the oak casks is mind blowing.

Bottle at CGarvie tasting. It pours dark brown with a small off-white head. The nose is roasted malt, cake, brown bread, spice and chocolate. The taste is very tangy indeed....tangy green apple, dominant sourness, whisky, earth, toast, alcohol warmth and rubber with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Clearly infected.

500ml bottle [7.4% abv]. Black colour with no head, just a reawakening afterwards fading thin beige layer. Dark malty aroma with whiskey notes, vanilla, leather. Taste is dark malty with a sourish touch; flat and insipid palate. Infected?
