Gold Dust is a light IPA with a big burst of flavour thanks to the heavy use of Centennial hops. A long bitter finish adds complexity, whilst sheer drinkability means this beer always lives up to its name.

Cask at Cloisters. It pours clear gold with a thick, dense white head. The nose is toasty, citrus, lemon curd, florals and mild biscuit . The taste is crisp, bitter, creamy, citrus peel, soap, floral and grass, with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Nice to see these guys bust more hops into their beers. Solid cask "session" Ipa.

Cask @ Diggers, Edinburgh [030713]
Brillant golden, clear, thin dense white head, good lacing
Aroma of soft floral hop, soft citrus, lemon
Taste of citrus lemon, citrus zest, hint of grapefuit, light fruity pale malt, refreshing, good flavour
Palate - Light to medium body, quite oily, good mouth feel, mellow citrus zesty bitterness. Finish is more bitter, lingering bitterness
Overall - Refreshing citrus blonde beer....in good condition. One of their best ones

Rerating at the Bow Bar. More fruit than on the previous occasion. Previous rating on 04/07/16 - 6+3+6+3+12=3.0 On tap @ the Baillie. Pours golden with a slight haze and a decent head. The nose and taste are both going down the lemon pith route.Perhaps a bit single dimensional and perhaps a bit bitter on the finish for something to be drunk all day but good all the same.
