Bottle at IndyManBeerCon, 2012. It pours clear golden amber, with a thick white head. The nose is grainy, citrus pith, tangerine, spritzy and light sherbet. The taste is orange, tangerine, mango, graininess, dough and a touch of spice, with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Clean and refreshing. Not normally my sort of thing, but well executed.

From tap at Oslo ølfestival. Slightly hazy deep golden to orange with an off-white head. Malty and hoppy aroma with caramel and hints of citrus and pine. A bit strange, as expected it was not so fruity, but quite sweet. Caramel and malt dominates at first and then the grapefruity bitterness takes over. The finish and aftertaste is pretty hoppy and bitter. Nice hoppy, lager, but not quite my kind of beer. Pleasant and interesting, but not a favourite.

On tap @ Patricks. Almost clear, golden body with a nice white head. Strong citric fruity aroma with pine and grass. Flavor is light and crisp malty with, slightly sweet, lots of fruit and a strong grassy bitterness. Fine body, bitter aftertaste. Very smooth and refreshing, the alcohol is well hidden. A nice one, could easy go for some more of this.

On tap at Patricks. It pours a small, off-white head over an unclear dark golden body. The hops certainly run the show, with grass notes, resins and lots of citrus peel in the aroma. Some malty sweetness in the flavour, but not much malt flavors. Citrus peel and resins, and lots of bitterness in the flavour. Maybe a bit too much, but I’ll survive... Full body, pleasant carbonation. Long, bitter finish with lots of grapefruit. A pleasant beer indeed, already looking forward to my next glass. 120929
