330 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a small off-white head. Strong aroma of elderflowers with a hint of pale malt, citric fruit and alcohol. Flavor is sweet malt, some citric fruit, berries, elderflowers and alcoholic perfume. Fine body, low carbonation and long lasting sweet aftertaste with some alcohol. Not particular nice and a bit chaotic weird, but somehow nice as well. At least interesting. I love the elderflowers, especially from the aroma.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color, and with some small floaties. A small, white head on top. The aroma has lots of flowers, some lemongrass, herbs and a little stinging alcohol touch. It’s velvety and smooth on the palate, pleasantly low on carbonation, and quite full-bodied. Some bitterness in the flavor, it’s quite flowery and perfumed, with a herbal and lemony touch. Long finish. Not much warmth going on for a beer this strong. Quite pleasant actually. 140418
