The rich imperial stout which was brewed with chocolate malt and flavoured with Madagascar vanilla was born from the co-operation with the brewmaster from St. Petersburg.
This proud beer might have fit to the tables of the Czar’s court in the old days but the aficionados of craft beers are entitled to enjoy it nowadays.
Külluslik šokolaadilinnastega pruulitud ja Madagascari vaniljega maitsestatud imperial stout on sündinud koostöös Peterburi pruulmeistriga.
See uhke õlu sobinuks vanasti tsaari õukonna lauale, aga tänapäeval jääb sellega maiustamine käsitööõlle sõprade pärusmaaks.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, tan head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, couverture, hints of treacle and vanilla, a nuttily touch. Taste is sweet, chocolately dark malty, notes of dark chocolate, couverture, vanilla; oily texture, soft and creamy palate. Clean, balanced, harmonious.

Bottle @ tasting shared by Caesar. Opaque pitch black color, decent sized light brown colored head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, some chocolate notes, decently bitter. Decent to medium body and decent carbonation. Solid.

In der Nase Schokolade, im Trunk sehr weich, deutlich Schokolade, leicht bitter, süß, dann röstig, deutlicher bis spät in den Abgang. Ausgezeichneter Vertreter dieses Bierstils!

330mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is really rich, with deep roasted malt, vanilla and chocolate all cohering well with one another. Flavour follows accordingly, being extremely rich and complex, bringing out loads of dark chocolate, vanilla, a little caramel and treacle, and rich roasted malt. So many layers to this, with a wonderful complexity. Fantastic impie.

Bottle. Color: Black, light brown head. Aroma: Dark roasted malt, chocolate. Taste: Dark roasted malt, notes of coffee, chocolate, mocha, vanilla. Light boozy hints. Medium sweet and medium bitter. Bittery palate at finish. Smooth, creamy, oily. Full body, soft carbonation. Very well balanced, pretty complex. Superb Imperial Stout.

33cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn,. Pours black like used motor oil, just i a modest, beige head. Roasty and desserty aroma with coffee, vanilla, licorice, dark chocolate and alcohol. Sweet, flavourful and deserty with a nice bitterness and warming alcohol. Solid stuff.

0,33l bottle at home. BB 23.08.2019. black color, small coffee colored head. smells milky, caramel, fudge, bit herbal, nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of vanilla, caramel, light fudge, earthy, licorice, peppery, spices. finishes lightly roasty bitter with notes of vanilla, caramel and some fudge. decent one, but just too much vanilla for me, bit one-sided. Good but also not my kind of beer, still drinkable.
