0.33 l bottle from Vrutak, Zagreb. Shared with little Dina. BBf 04/21. Dark red to brownish red with a red tint, medium to large diminishing creamy head. No lacing, head resting persistently on the surface. Immediate intense aroma of caramel, molasses, biscuit and roasted hazelnuts, followed by dried fruits, rounded up by beautiful red fruit cover. Spicy alcoholic notes. Dark cherry cake persistent in the aroma as the beer opens up. Smooth, creamy, strong, slightly sticky, alcohol hidden in the nose. Light oxidation gives way to wonderful woody notes. Still a fruity character doesn't leave the palate. Fairly sweet, although it finishes dry. Great balance. Hints of cocoa, orange zest, almond, even nutmeg and raisins. Medium body, moderate carbonation, light finish. Great complexity, beautiful balance, a classic example of the style.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown, with very fine cream foam. Aroma is rich: malty, chestnuts, caramel, molasses. Body is not particularly dense, with limited carbonation. Taste is markedly sweet, embracing. Final is fairly long and caramelly.

0,33 bottle. The beer is simply beautiful. Reddish-maroon is a wonderful color with a nice brownish-white hard head. The aroma is dried fruity, round, delicate, sweet. It is weakly carbonated, so you can really feel the sugary-prune, sweet, caramel flavors. Even in its finish, your mouth almost sticks to the sweets, yet it is a well-drinkable delicious dessert beer. For me, the hops are a bit missing, in this beer it really only plays the role of preservative-disinfectant :) Christmas drink, I also tested it at Christmas, it's worth a try.

A sör egyszerűen gyönyörű. Vöröses-gesztenyebarna csodás szín, szép barnásfehér kemény habbal. Illata aszalt gyümölcsös, kerek, finom, édeskés. Gyengén szénsavas, ezért nagyon érezni a cukros-aszalt szilvás, édeskés, karamelles ízeket. Lecsengésében is szinte tapad a szád az édességtől, ennek ellenére jól iható finom desszert sör. Számomra picit hiányzik a komló, ebben a sörben tényleg csak a tartósító- fertőtlenítő szerepet tölti be :) Karácsonyi ital, karácsonykor is teszteltem, érdemes kipróbálni.
