Cask at the Evening Star, Brighton on 27th August 2011. Gold; thin head with no lacing. Cheesy, grassy hop aroma. Light mouthfeel. Hoppy and citric liquid. Grapefruit carried through to hoppy citric finish that becomes very dry. Herby bitterness.
