Cask @ Haymarket, Edinburgh 261012
Caramel amber, clear, fine bubbly thick head, good head retention
Aroma - soft zesty hops, citrus hops, soft pale malts
Taste - Fairly bitter zesty hops, some pine, some biter grapefruit hops, soft sweet pale caramel malt backbone, quite tasty
Palate - soft carb, medium body. Smooth and oily. Finish as main flavour with a more bitter layer cutting through in the linger
Overall - Decent beer and not over hoppy, good flavour.

On tap @ the Haymarket. Pours a dark golden with nice lace. The nose is mostly of flowers, The taste is of fresh stone fruit. Apricots and flowers. The palate is light to medium bodied with a similar weight in the texture through the middle section and a nice clean finish. Overall, a nice ale.
