Poured from keg at The Queens Head. The content of the half-pint mug was dark with a ruby tint and a shiny bright surface. Aroma of dark chocolate malts, slightly roasted. Bitter dark chocolate taste changing to an aftertaste of coffee grounds. Medium to thin bodied. Traditional, easy drinking stout (London, 23.11.2012).

tap at IMBC ... deep black ... thin tan head .... dark toffee roast malt nose ... dark mellow .... sweet toffee roast ... sweet chocolate ... soft blackcurrant roast ... nice soft easy
