Draught@Brew Dog, Glasgow. Prior to Celtic v Juventus match. Red tinged amber appearance. Promising tropical fruit and fragrant hop nose. Similarly fruity flavour with fairly prominent booze leading to a robust lingering bitter finish. Pretty good.

Aroma: Powerful aroma of caramel, toffee, hard candy, citrus and biscuit.

Appearance: As the name suggests, red/amber body with a thick white head that holds well.

Taste: Delicious - flavours of physalis, caramel and toffee. No hint of it’s 7.4% ABV, it could be 4.0% ABV.

Palate: Medium body with an oily texture. Soft carbonation.

Overall: A really tasty, hoppy, well balanced Amber Ale.
