On tap @ the Haymarket. Pours amber with a decent head. The nose has burnt orange and raisins with some toffee. The toffee is more dominant on the taste but there is some evidence of the toffee in there and it finishes with a biscuity crunch. The palate is medium bodied with a nice big texture and a clean finish. Overall, a well made bitter.

cask in haymarket ... golden amber ... thin white head ... soft bitter miusty orange hop nose ... dull soft fruits ... light orange ... just doesnt do it for me ...
