Bottle. Pours black, with a nice, thick and lightly coloured head. Aroma is nice and very straight forward, with burned malts and coffee. Normal body with a quite thin, almost watery texture and soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet with kandi and syrup, as well as some burned malty bitterness and coffee sticking through the finish. Nice, but a bit one dimensional.

Bottle from Classic Deli aka Dodgy Deli, Cowley Rd, Oxford, consumed at home Saturday 5th August 2012 Dark, dark brown, actually it’s black with a creamy textured slim beige head. Smooth, touch thinnish but with an underlying roastiness that starts to show, some bitterness, but oodles of dark demarara sugar, little dry at end, tangy, quite tasty, but nothing to special. 33 cl bottle thanks to Reza! Sampled on July 6, 2012Dark brown to black color, light brown head. Dry, sweet, roasted scent, also coffee. Coffee, roasted taste. Dry roasted aftertaste. Very very spritzy champagne like mouthfeel that detracts a lot from the flavor and whole experience, grows in your mouth. Low bitterness.
