Cask @ The Caley, Edinburgh
Golden, clear, frothy white head, mimimal lacing
Aroma - soft sweet light fruits
Taste - pale light malts, soft fruity malts, hint of gin (juniper)
Palate - soft carb, thin body. Sweetish palate, bit viscous. Finish has some lingering bitter juniper, comes through on the tail like a slight hint of bitter gin, perhaps a bit harsh
Overall - Not a fan of juniper but I found it OK in this apart from the bit of harshness in the finish
