A continental craft recipe doubled up with Czech malt and hop. A beady white foam head anoints a golden pale beer. Light aroma which is earthy, herbal and spicy with a hint of graininess. Crisp simple flavours of soft maltiness and just a hint of caramel with light grain and bitter hop finish which is crisp clean and refreshing.

Cask at SRAF 2012. Pours pale golden yellow, nose is light lemon, grassy, taste is similar.

cask at standing order ...pale golden yellow ... thin white head...soft toffee .. light lemon nose ... quite malty up front ... soft grassy lemon... actually better than expected
