Poured from 375mL bottle. Hazed orange gold with small white head. Funky tart with a touch of horse blanket. Very nice.

No pop, completely flat pour, nice looking amber. Smells funky, woody, some apple. Soft body, flat. Taste is funky, soft acidity, plenty of wood. Some soft dried apple, bit of straw, very light sweetness in the background. Quite nice, flatlambicsociety.

Cork: CX2019. yellow clear color, medium big white head. smells parfumy, hay, straw, flowery, tad oxidized, earthy. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes tobacco, hay, stone fruits, some oak, some funk, bit peppery, herbal. finishes lightly dry, lightly bitter and lightly sour with notes of hay, pepper and tobacco notes. very good one, very nice balance.

Smells oak, earthy, subtle funk, peppery, tobacco, walnuts. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, earthy, bit dusty, peppery, oak, tobacco, some hay. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, dusty and earthy notes. nice one, good and easy to drink, enough complexity to make it interesting.

Corked and caged bottle with 2022 stamped on the cork from Livonia Liquor. Pours a deep, honey orange color with no head and slight visible carbonation in the glass. Musty, cobwebby nose with notes of horse blanket, aged chese, dried honey, wood and aged lemon zest. There is a briny note that rears its head as well. Lower carbonation on the palate with some notes of aged vinegar, dried lemon zest and lots of wood. A touch of dried honey mid-palate that leads into a tart, musty and slightly bitter finish.Very different from some of the other gueuze's from other producers and blenders.
