On cask @ Bow Bar, Edinburgh. Pours golden with a proportionate head. The nose is very dry and green, with notes of plant stalks and just a little lime. On the taste, I also don’t get the usual pine and grapefruit from Citra, but a very tight green grass and lime note again. The palate is light to medium in body with a creamy but tangy texture in the middle and a very refreshing. Overall, a slightly different than expected single hop Citra but definitely in the Highland house style. Could drink gallons!
