24/10/2025. Cask at The Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Nice pour. Aroma is fruity, malty, blackcurrant, berries, burnt toffee, touch of liquorice. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, quite drying. Dry and bitter finish. Not much body but ok for 4%. Preferred the aroma over taste but it was quite drinkable.

Cask at the NWAF, Derby ’14. Perhaps my colour perception had gone by this time but I’ve got this one down as an amber colour rather than light brown or maybe it’s a brown/amber colour or perchance a fusion of... shut up Tony, none of this matters! Anyway, back to planet Earth... toffee and malt aroma, quite a sweet nose. Toffee and caramel flavour. A sweet little number. Malty finish.
