Thanks Victor!
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a ruddy amber color with a sly transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising at a nice pace. Fluffy white foamy head. Dissipates slowly. Light messy lacing.
The aroma takes some piney hops to hit against a soft toffee to nutty malt.
The flavor mildly leans sweet through the previously mentioned aromas. Crisp malty sweet aftertaste with a dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Mild carbonation feels nice on my tongue. Fairly smooth.
Overall, this was a pretty good pale ale, almost a cross between an American one and an English one.

Crisp copper coloured body with a nice bronze glow and a perfect, three centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of fresh earthy and grapefruity hops with a nice malt smell and a hint of grass and hay. Medium-bodied; Good balance of malt and hops with some pleasant light resinous and grassy notes with a very mild caramelised sugar sweetness. Aftertaste shows some herbal and grassy notes with a solid and smooth malt backbone. Overall, a nice and relatively light APA with some nice herbal and grassy flavours, but not a horrible amount of hops, which is fine. I sampled this tall (australian styled) 65 cL bottle purchased from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 09-June-2012 for US$8.50 sampled at home in Washington on 17-June-2013.

Bottle with no best before date stamped (there is a box for it). Pours with a murky, deep golden orange hued body with a small off-white head with average retention and some lace. Extremely fruity and floral aroma. Tons of tropical hops, passion fruit, goose berry, grassy, marmalade, papaya. Medium malt character that comes across a bit sticky. A bit tea like. Hard to determine esters with all the fruity hops on the nose. Floral honey notes. Dried tangerine. Flavors are sweet off the bat. Tons of caramel malt favors, tea, toffee, marmalade. Hop character takes a back seat to the extremely sweet malt profile. Medium bitterness, tropical fruit, resin, pungent hop character. Fuller carbonation, heavy body for a pale ale. Lasting bitterness and possibly a mild hop astringency. Very nice nose, but the flavor and palate are dominated by heavy sweetness, making the process of drinking more arduous than it should be.
