On cask at The Taps, Lytham. Appearance - golden with a very slight haze. Creamy white head. Nose - earthy, lemon and dank cellar. Taste - lemon and biscuit. A touch if sweet honey on the end. Palate - light to medium bodied, tangy sweet middle and finish. Overall - flavoursome but too sweet to be a Bitter.

cask at cloisters ... amber thin white head ... soft sweet toffee apricot hop ... juicy fruits ... light toffee malt ... soft oily ... light clawing honey sweeetness ... not really hitting it for me.
