Bottled. Orangeish pink colour with a small white head. Aroma is raspberries, some tartness, mild wood and bredy malts. Flavour is raspberries, some alcohol, mild wooden sourness as well as some herbs. Nicely dry palate as well. Very simplistic, but at the same time so damn drinkable and fresh.

Cloudy red beer with a small pink head! Light dry palate. Fresh raspberry, tasting natural and not too acid. Finishes dry. Nice fruit but it’s one dimensional.

Bottle. Bright pink and clear with a pink tinted head - very distinctive. Lovely fruity (raspberry) aroma. Lively carbonation. Very nice fruit flavour, perhaps a little sour and without the balancing flavours in a true Belgian version. Not an everyday beer (unless you really like this style), but a distinctive and excellent fruit beer.

Bottled. Amber colour, rich head. Fresh, tart raspberry aroma. Light bodied and balsamic with a near lambic like acidity. I really like the way Redoak makes their fruit beer tart, not sweet, and this one is really well made. If I were to complain about something, that’d be the somewhat clean/hard mouthfeel.
