(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 23 Nov 2018) Pale golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with notes of apples, tart fruit, old socks and a mild acidity. Fruity taste with apples, pears, grass, a touch of cinnamon and a mild acidity in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite enjoyable.

From cask at Southampton Arms, as Glastonbury Cider Bus. Pours cloudy orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is dry sulphorish and mild acidic apple. Light sweet, apple, a bit flat in flavour and acidic without being citric. Sticky to the teeth. Ends dry and acidic.
