Amber-brown. Earthy, slight hop fruitiness but overall a nice caramelly malt character. Decent bitter.

Taste comprises tangy fruits, bitter orange, caramel. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry bitterness in the closure. Ok bitter.

50cl bottle. Pours a nice honey colour with a slim head which disappears quite quickly. The nose is quite malty with honey. The taste is more of the honeyed malt with some biscuits. The palate is medium bodied with a tangy texture and a fairly clean finish. Overall, a decent bitter.

50cl bottle thanks to Lewis. Pours an orangey-amber colour - it’s very cloudy and there are big chunks of yeast which seems to be contributing to some sort of head. The nose has toffee, hay and an earthy spicy vegetal thing (parsnip again). The taste has more of the same - caramel, then tangy earthiness. The palate has a medium structure and texture with a nice clean finish.Overall, I like this a lot!
