2015 vintage on tap in 2018 at Arendsnest. Creamy beige head. Chunky, thick, brown body. A rather massive creature. Heavy, beastly beer, not unlike an Old Ale. A pinch oxidize with the age.

Bottle shared at formerly 100%NL THT. Hazy reddish brown with lots of floaters and beige head. Lots of caramel and toffee, sugary, light wood, light grassy, bready, dried apricot and soft alcohol. Quite sweet and medium bitter. Over medium bodied.

Solid powerful and tasty stuff. Dangerously easy drinkable beer at 9%. Balanced in any way.
Nice opaque dark color and a fine tan head. Ok lacing down the sides of the glass. Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Full body and a mellow fine carbonation level. Pleasant to drink. Oily texture and a balanced sweetness. Definitely better with some temperature. Dried fruits, toffee, brown sugar, bready and oak in the flavor. Ok complexity. Absolutely a beer to recommend if you like this stuff.

330ml bottle. Opaque, darkest brown colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, fairly lasting an dlacing, beige head. Dark malty aroma, hints of malt lozenge and chocolate, herbal hoppy overtones with a touch of woodruff and eucalyptus, whiffs of coffee in between. Taste is dry, roasty dark malty, slightly sweet, hints of cola, malt lozenge, a touch of treacle and dark chocolate, moderately bitter hoppy counterweight with a herbal touch, hints of woodruff and eucalyptus. Very good controlled sweetness, dangerously drinkable - really nice.

At a tasting, thanks, small stable creamy head, cloudy dark red color, aroma of caramel, nut and rum with a bready backbone, caramel dark bread, butterscotch, rum flavor, smooth, medium bodied. Enjoyable and true to the style but not overly exciting.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’ place. Thanks Stas, Nice hazy reddish amber. Aroma of malt, caramel, light oxidation, some fruits. Sweet flavor with malt, caramel, fruits. Medium-bodied, quite rounded. Pretty basic, but quite classic and nice.
