The Cuvée des Trolls was created in 2000 in the tanks of microbrewery Le Brasse-Temps, which was established in Louvain-la-Neuve by Brasserie Dubuisson. It is an unfiltered blonde beer with a natural cloud. The beer is produced using only yeast, malt, hops, sugar and water and has an alcohol volume of 7%. Thanks to the addition of dried orange peel during the boiling process, the beer has very pleasant fruity aromas that are in beautiful harmony with its delicate, fully rounded taste.

Bottled. Mine poured orange wit a lot of head. Citrus etc taste. Pretty good I thought, better than the consensus.

0.33 l can from Interspar. Pale golden color with a thin head which almost immediately vanishes. Alcoholic aroma wit a long lasting sweet taste. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not good.

aroama is caramel, and ripe fruit. Very refreshing. nice and smooth, i can see myself having a lot of there on a hot summer day, nice stuff.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, con schiuma abbondante. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida è velata. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di zuccherino, miele, frutta secca, agrumi e frutta passita.

Aroma of citrus, lemon, coriander, spicy yeast, peppery notes. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a light bittersweet finish. A bit on the thin side. Otherwise okay peppery Belgian Ale.

Аромат очень солодовый, слегка цитрусовый с ноткой хмеля. Цвет полу прозрачный, легкая белая пена. Во вкусе довольно сильная карбонизация. Чувствуются цитрусовые и солодовые нотки. Послевкусие слегка алкогольное, опять же солодовое, имеется хмелевая горчинка. Больше похоже на охмеленный лагер чем на бельгийский эль. Но в целом на разок потянет.

Bottle from Lidl. Clear gold with big head which settles to a decent covering. Malty aroma with grains, hay and a hint of citrus. Fairly sweet and bready with some citrus and a long spicy bitter finish which is good. Medium bodied, pretty slick, soft Co2. Good.
