Malts : Maris Otter Pale Malt (Fawcetts), Vienna, Munich and Dark Crystal
Hops : Galena and Centennial.
Bitterness : IBU 35
This golden ale ticks the box for many, the dark crystal malt compliments the depth of flavours and sharpness from the wonderful Galena and Centennial hops. Just class…in a glass!

Bottle from Wine @ Beer Direct, Halifax. Deeper amber colour with a thin head. Fruit hopped with a small lingering bitterness. Has a fair fruity aroma too.

bottle at home from NWAF ... golden yellow ... thin white head ... soft fruity grapefruit hop... light lemon nose ... light fizz ... to bitter a front ... soft hop ... this is a decent bitter .. but not one that appeals to me
