Cask at the Larbert Beer Festival 2015. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light caramel, light herbs. Taste is light sweet, lemon bitter. Dry finish.

cask at cloisters ... amber ... thin white head ...lime and hop resins ... fruit front followed by bitter back bone ... little grapefruit ... litte fruit peel ... long bitter linger
