The first beer that we brewed on our newly commissioned 5000 litre brewhouse in Fraserburgh 2009. A beer with the malt and body of an English bitter, but the heart and soul of vibrant citrus US hops.

cask in bow ...copper ... thin creamy tan head ....juicy hop fruits .... big fruity bitter front ... lots of hop resins ... bitter hop linger ... loads of hops ... nice depth ... very drinkable ... i suspect same hop as nanny as the same fruity bitterness ... same light dryness ...tasty ... 3.9 TK2 gravity @ cloisters .... nice orange red copper ... thin off white head .... light fruit hop nose .... agin bitter hop front ....light drying ... little woody ... lots of resins ... what ever hop this is is really growing on me. 3.9
