A beer Roosters have wanted to make for years. A full tasting India Pale Ale made with Juniper berries and Amarillo and Bobec hops. Aromas of juniper and blackcurrants. Medium to high bitterness with a long finish.

cask ... amber ... small white head ... zezty soapy lemon hop nose ... big big pine and lime .. fruity hop .. some lime peel.

(Cask at White Horse, Parson’s Green, London, 28 Nov 2009) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus (orange, mandarin, grapefruit) and floral hops. Fruity, slightly malty taste with orange, mandarin and fresh citrussy hops in the finish. Juniper berries stay in the background. Rather light body, balanced sweetness. Nice one.
